DESCRIPTION:Boycott Huffines Cars\nState Senator Don Huffines has made a career peddling hate against immigrants\, muslims\, Latinos and all people of color. Most recently\, he co-authored SB4\, the most extreme racial profiling law in the country. Think Arizona’s “show me your papers” law combined with making police “badged vigilantes.” It’s dangerous and will only sow fear in our community\, and hatred against immigrants\, Latinos\, and anyone that looks or speaks differently. \nBut Huffines is also a wealthy businessman in Dallas. And we know he has financial interests in Huffines Auto Dealerships. Last Saturday\, we announced a local boycott of Huffines Cars to show that we will not buy-in to his hatred. This Saturday\, we’ll be outside of the car dealership again\, making sure the message is clear\, we will boycott hate\, boycott huffines. \nJoin us at 4500 W. Plano Parkway Plano at 10:00AM! \n—\nEl senador estatal Don Huffines ha hecho su carrera vendiendo el odio contra los inmigrantes\, musulmanes\, latinos\, y toda persona de color. Mas recientemente\, el propuso la SB4\, la ley de discriminaion racial mas extrema del pais. Imaginense una ley estilo Arizona\, de “pedir los papeles”\, con una que motiva a los policias a jugar el papel de la migra. Es peligroso y solo incrementara el miedo en la comunidad y el odio contra los inmigrantes\, los latinos\, y todos que se vean o hablen diferente. \nPero el Sr. Huffines es tambien un comerciante rico en Dallas. Y sabemos que tiene intereses financieros en Huffines Auto Dealerships. El sabado pasado anunciamos un boicot de Huffines Cars para demonstrar que no vamos a comprar su odio. Este sabado\, alli estaremos afuera de su franquisia de coches\, asegurandonos que el mensaje sea claro\, boycott hate\, boycott huffines! \n
